Is the Thara Patong Beach resort in Thailand has a balcony and beach view rooms?
What types of rooms if they have a beach view? Anyone here been there this month? Is it nice place to stay? Do they have construction going on right now?
I stayed there a few months ago and had a top floor room facing the beach, and no you can’t see the beach from your balcony, but you can see the water. The rooms are very nice and the room I had was very spacious and although the entrance to the hotel is not on the beach road there is access from the hotel directly to the beach road. It’s a good hotel, but if you don’t mind spending a bit more, try the Impiana Cabana Hotel which is almost adjacent to Thara Patong and one of the only hotels on the beach side of the Beach Rd. in Patong and is a beautiful and nicer hotel than Thara Patong, although Thara Patong is not bad at all.
